Dancer and I need to lose Weight, Help?

I am a dancer too, and I totally know what you are going through. I lost weight by eating healthier than normal and running in the morning. I also rode my bike to gain leg strength and to slim my thighs. It worked for me but everyone is different! Remember DO NOT OVER EXERCISE because if you do it may effect your dancing and your overall well being.
