EMA problem please help!?

i've not been paid in weeks but i've been turning up for all my lessons and placement days and i haven't had any days off for ages. i'll miss like 3 weeks of payments then ill get paid only one payment then ill miss another four or five weeks of payment it's happening every week now and it's really pissing me off any help would be appreciated
