Motorola atrix 4g question?

is it a really good phone? the guy at the store said they have been getting a lot of issues with it because it's the first dual core of it's kind. and suggested a more pricey phone, so i don't really want to go by is word right now. if anyone has had the phone since it's launch date or had it -- was it or is it good? :o
