Halo 3 team slayer booster or partner?

i dont really have too many friends anymore who play halo 3 so i cant really find partners that are reliable to play with. i am a high skill 35 in team slayer and still a 35 and i started back on halo at the most 2 weeks ago. so if there is anyone out there who wants to be partners or even boost me up higher then just tell me
