Is ema actually stopping?

I'm currently in college and I do get EMA, I heard its stopping for the new academic, but then I've heard that it continues for the people who are still in college but new college entrants won't get it. But then I heard its completely stopping and they have LSF. How much are you elgiable up to on the LSF :S ?
