Is there any way that students can get internet?

i need internet to study at home, but my mum can't afford it. we have a computer, just no internet. i have to stay behind every night at school for three hours in order to complete my work, and this makes me tired and i can't concentrate as there's so many other people around me. is there any way that i can get some kind of free internet, or money to pay for it? i currently qualify for �30 a week ema, my mum only earns �4,000 a year :/
