Distended stomach, please help?

I am quite fit and healthy, I exercise practically everyday (mostly kickboxing, walking, and strength training). I also try my best to make sure I eat very healthy. I'm lactose intolerant I'm not much for meat/fish but I make sure to get all my nutrients in my meals. I'm 5'8" and weigh around 120 (it varies from 120 to 123 from time to time). I have a pretty strong core and I know there is still a small amount of fat around my stomach but my stomach always looks HUGE. I have some GI problems but I'm on medicine for that and my stomach doesn't hurt or feel bloated. Is there something I could be doing wrong or something that I'm not doing to fix this?

There's a series of books called The Belgariad, and its sequel series The Malloreon by author David Eddings. The books are fantasy, and more adult themed than the normal YA genre. Have you ever noticed that the people who never have children never seem to really 'grow up'? They are the kind of people who fret over tiny things that in the end don't really matter. The government stopped EMA because they found out that it was costing colleges more to administer the scheme by having to check attendance and submit reports than they were paying to the students. There is supposed to be a new scheme of some sort that will target help to those who need it for travelling expenses but the details haven't been released yet so far as I know. My laptop dvd drive only reads certain dvd's???? i have HP Pavilion entertainment pc?

Not that I have found, but yes, Megadeth did this by Dave's choice. I think Anthrax and Slayer want to preserve the original quality and essence of thrash metal by keeping their releases the way they are, IMO. I swear by Yoga. Yoga Sculpt (you can watch it free on OnDemand or at exercisetv.tv) is amazing. Its meant to sculpt your body. I did it last night (I did it every day for a couple fo weeks and saw a huge difference in arms and overall my body then I had to go to school and now I am doing it again) and I was sweating and it feels amazing.

im currently enrolled at my local cc and hope to work in the medical field someday, specifically as an obgyn. I just graduated from high school and all i feel at this moment is great regret for not trying to do my best academically and for not applying to many CS's and no UC's ( didn't think i had a chance for UC). I did get into a few cal states but opted not to go as I was told it was easier to transfer from a community college to a UC. Make sure you get the Intel Drivers. Also, make sure you correctly wired the fan. Is the fan on? The BIOS Doesnt read immediate Temperatures. Install Windows, then get a software to read your Temp. Don't use the BIOS.

ok so i had the xbox 360 core with no hard drive, memory unit and i had the old dash board so my friend brought over his hard drive and put it on my xbox and then the hard drive had the updated dashboard so now i have the updated dashboard but when he disconnected his hard drive the dashboard was still there and i have no hardrive/memory unit but the new dashboard still stayed on my xbox is it possable that the xbox 360 has a built in hard drive?

Hi. For some reason I tend to make good friends with the overachieving, type A, bossy type. Well, you obviously need to get a job, and you can't really control when people will be hiring, so KEEP APPLYING! As for the train there, a rail card is a MUST because it will end up being much more expensive if you don't haveone than if you did. How could I start buying and selling?

If you are just starting out with RC racing I would suggest you go with a Traxxas Slash 2WD. There are a lot more moving parts in the 4WD and that class of racing is dominated by guys with a lot of cash. You can run SPEC SCT class at most tracks and be competitive right out of the box with the Slash 2WD because the class is closely regulated to prevent drivers from buying their way to the podium. You can't change the graphics card or processor in a laptop. The only things you can upgrade are the hard drive and RAM. 4GB of RAM is probably enough unless you're doing a lot of heavy data processing. It's the graphics card that's the problem if you're trying to play games, and like I said, you can't upgrade that.

Computer wouldent power on after being repaired try serveral things could it be the cpu blown up?

i have an amd le processor that was in an etower emachine. Was supposed to have windows 7 on it after a repair but was sumhow not working at all so i removed the old psu put it into another computer and i got nothing for power so i figured stock psu was bad. A month later i replaced with another psu was only a 20 pin i herd noise now when i powered it on figured maybe video is shot replaced nothing . After that i had remebered something about amd processors being fussy about runnin wit anything below like 325 or 350w so i said screw it then i ripped out the big dog a 650w psu and installed it nothing was working at that point no fans nothing so i question some plugs being loose i unplugged the 4 pin connector plug that was near the cpu i powered on i hear fans now. so it was at that point i was scratchin my head. I said well i got a newer amd motherboard hanging about am3 backwards compatable so i popped the old le chip into it and hookedall the plugs up and i got nothing so once again on the new board i go unplug the 4 pin plug power on bingo fans turn on but yet the same no video lead me at this point to believe the cpu is junk??? is it possiable that the original board is still good and would work with another chip. The newer board was tested with a quad core and worked fine so i do know that one board used was working and both boards without the 4 pin connected just 24 pin showed signs of fans working

I think I'm gonna get an intel i5 sandybridge 2500k with 3000 graphics or whatever. So the motherboard doesn't have integrated graphics and so there is no connectors for the monitor (vga, dvi, hdmi). Can I Afford A Horse?

ugh i hate when people say feed is whats expensive! its not that bad if you just have one horse it would cost you about the same about as feeding a large dog! A bag of sweet feed 12 % protein is about $9 in the U.S. and that's a 50 lb bag. if its just one horse and you feed it one coffee can full of feed each day its not that bad. Id say you would have to spend any where from $10 to $20 at the most on horse feed per week. The expensive part is having farrier work and vet checks done. But as long as you put back like $10 a week and just save that you should have enough for farrier and some left over for the vet. You can do vaccinations your self there pretty cheap actually so keep it up to date and keep penicillin and the usually needed things on hand in case one gets sick just accumulate things like bandages, wraps, hoof supplements, medicine and stuff like that over time you don't have to buy it all at once. I think you could do it! Don't go out and buy a really expensive horse just get something you can ride and be happy with. i wouldn't spend over a couple hundred at the most. Ask around at the stable you work at and see if they have any extra stuff you could have. also feeding a round bale is cheaper than square bales they are any where from $25 to $50 its about $25 to trim the horses feet and $50 to have it shoed

My shin splint pain has moved upward, what does this mean?

I've had shin splints for the longesttttt time ever!(since April) And I've done about everything under the sun to try and get rid of them but nothing seems to have worked. I rested, got orthoditics in my shoes, built up slowly after rest, have been strengthening my hip and core muscles along with balance and stability, and have been icing 3 times a day for 20 minutes each, and running on only soft surfaces now that I have had to start training for cross country again. This is everythingggg that has been suggested to me and I'm running out of options, I was checked for a stress fracture about a week ago and its likely that that's not the problem. Now the pain seems to have moved upward, to the point where it almost seems like it's not quite in my shin anymore? It's pretty close to my knee now, but not quite up high enough that its knee pain but it still doesn't feel like shin pain. How to build muscle while losing fat not muscle mass.?

Im about 200 pounds, 5'7. I just started working out no more than 6months ago. I have a good weight lifting routine(day 1-chest and back, day 2-biceps and triceps, day3-shoulders and legs) and i try to do cardio everyday and core a couple times a week. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and take 2-3 days off and change my routine often to avoid muscle memory. I seem to have hit a plateau a month ago, i lost 30 pounds but havent gone under 200 yet. Any tips?

i have a 1993 toyota camry. it keeps over heating i changed the thermostat and tested the old and it is good sometimes when the engine is cold and you put it in gear it makes a little puddle and drops for about 30 seconds it doesnt over heat if it is at iddle only when you are driveing i know the heater core is good so the water pump makes sence becuase when the engine is warm the water would evaporate before i could see it. also how do i change it.

Well i have well now had two best friends. lets call them Ema and Amy. Well me and Emma were best friends since 6 grade then in 7th amy was new to our school and she became our best friend. I don't understand why ANYONE says ANY of those bands sold out. For example Metallica, OH MY GOD A COUPLE OF RICH THIRTY YEAR OLDS DECIDED TO GET A HAIRCUT!!! WHATEVER WILL WE DO!?!?!? I think it's ridiculous. Also, I am a firm believer of doing what you enjoy, many of those bands probably got bored of what they were playing and decided to change it up. How annoying would it get if people demanded of you to constantly play the same material, in and out of studio, over a period of ten years. I also believe that none of those bands would have taken time to record those albums if they didn't enjoy doing it, you have to think about them. On top of that, those bands all play their old material live, so what more do you want? If you don't like the album, don't buy the album. If you wanna hear old material, then go see them live. So, as i said, absolutely NONE of those bands sold out, maybe they were bored, maybe they wanted to experiment, we'll never know, but every true fan of those bands will respect every decision they make, no matter what it is.

Why can't I watch movies on my computer?

I downloaded Black Hawk Down via Torrent. The movie is longer than usual, other movies are usually of 1.5 hours. The problem is that I can't watch it on my computer as the video is stuck frequently while the sound is perfect. Other movies work fine, but the longer one's don't. The audio and video are in sync at the beginning, but the video is stuck as the movie progresses. I have 1 GB RAM and 128 MB VGA Card and processor with 2 cores. Any help will be appreciated. ok so, i just watched season 6 and a bit of season 7. In season 6 when tara and buffy get shot, willow tries to save tara by doing that magic thing. But they dont give her the power to sace tara, but then willow just leaves tara there, then she goes to all those books and sucks the information out of them . then she goes all dark but she gets the bullett of out buffy whn she is at the hospital, SO MY QUESTION IS!! why dident willow do the same for tara? (use magic to get the bullet out of her, like she did for buffy???)

I have to pay EMA back?

Hi ok - I started college in sept 2010 and during the summer had signed off my ema forms so that the money was pretty much in there strait away. I got my first payment (�160) on 4th october, my second on 18th october (�60) I quit around end of october for personal reasons. The college then stopped paying my ema as i knew they would but i started recieving letters from the ema telling me i needed to send in the required information otherwise my ema would be stopped. Anyway, stupidly (i know that now) i ignored them thinking well im not in the college anymore and im not getting ema so why do i need to send info. Anyway, i got a letter this morning teling me i am required to pay back �220 of the ema i got during my time in college. Why is this? It doesnt say why i need to pay i t back - I was attending college during the time of payment so why am i required to pay it back??????????? Also I have bank statements proving i did not recieve ema from the date that i left college onwards. Please help :(

What would more ram do for this computer?

the only way you can truly have too much RAM is if you have so much that seek times are slowed down as a result. if the OS won't support it (most 32bit OSs only support 4GB for example) then it simply won't use the rest. If you have a 64bit OS then I would go with 6GB or 8GB (I'm fuzzy on the DDR3 rules but I know my ASUS rampage MB requires RAM in sets of 3 or else it runs at DDR2 speed and not DDR3... however I see a lot of MBs that use DDR3 with only 4 RAM sockets which makes it hard to add RAM in sets of 3). for gaming 4GB will usually do just fine and higher end games may make use of more RAM but if you are just playing something like WoW then 4GB is overkill.

Whenever I discuss my taste in music with people, the second I say I'm into metal, (And by metal I mean, Slayer, Lamb of God, MegaDeth, Tempest, Cannibal Corpse, not that BFMV and A7X ****), people write it off saying, "Oh it's just someone screaming into a microphone, it isn't real music anyone can do it. First off, not everyone can do it, try holding a bear growl for more than ten seconds. Second, people who listen to rap can't really say anything on the subject, as real rap isn't anything more than a consistent beat accompanied by somebody rhythmically speaking without changing their tone of voice. No inflections or anything of the sort. Seriously people are ignorant, if you took 20 seconds to listen to the lyrics of a metal song, you would realize that the lyrics, while granted they are not always easy to make out, do have alot of thought behind them.

I don't know what problems these girls have got with me, but they HATE me!!. I'm in college and don't know anybody really. All these girls just know each other and just love to try and bring me down. I'm really slim and they always Judge me on it, and call me names, like Stick insect, anorexic ***** and so on...I know that sounds so petty but It doesn't bother me at all. What bothers me is they are reporting me, making stories up blaiming everything on me and getting me in to a lot of "trouble". Once they all were just dropping litter in the halls and the teacher came in and said who ever dropped this mess can pick it up now. and they all said "it was Naomi. I had to clean it all. Also a parent came in and complained about me for threaten her daughter because I grabed her by the throat... so I had my EMA taken off me (money) and a warning (I did nothing to this girl). I don't want to transfer because I don't want to show them it's bothering me. They don't bother me, what really bothers me is getting in trouble by staff who are taking my money off me for something I haven't done and taking grades or whatever they do when I just want to do my best. I know this sounds petty but you have no idea what it's like. My own mother is on to me from the tutors ringing home. I don't know what iv'e done to provoke these girls to doing this.
